I Can Feel That Global Warming Coming On...

I did not come to Nashville expecting cool weather year round. At the same time, this is just crazy. Today the mercury topped at 90 degrees farenheit. Memorial days coming, so you know how it is.

Anyway, I think I heard someone today saying today is going to set some kind of record for Tennessee at this time of year. If that's true... I can only expect how some people will respond to this. Already I can see Al Gore getting up and lecturing me about reducing my carbon emissions. Before flying home on his private jet, of course.

What I do not understand is this: Global warming is all too real to people during the summer when it's hotter than usual- but during especially cold winters (like this past one in TN, where we had like four seperate snow falls in the winter) Al Gore and his gang is nowhere to be found.

It suppourts a claim I've made many times- A statement so obvious that one will hit their head in shock when I say it.... The weather- is unpredictable. Some years it's especially hot, others its cold- sometimes it's both. Their isn't any global warming, there are mountains of evidence that show that perhaps global cooling is actually happening.

Announcing A Wild Reimagination!

Hey, my name's Braden. I'm a blogger that used to have a blog on Gameinformer.com. This is my first blog post on this new shtick. (The last one, while undeniably good, was just a remnant of my attempt to do a political-only blog, as is the URL for this very blog page)

You see, it behooves those of us that blog constantly to try to reimagine ourselves. A lesson I have learned, however, is that the more effort that you put into building a new format for yourself, the more you become sealed in a can. On Gameinformer.com, I was only able to write about games, nerdy things like that. While I plan to still blog about those things- I have a multifaceted personality, one that cannot be bound to one topic successfully.

I'm branching off... Still talking about the nerdier things that I indulge myself with constantly, but also with other forms of media like books and movies, along with the news and other oddities.

So I beseech you, reader, to join me on this wild ride through both space and time. I can only ask that much.
